suggested yarns for The knit mix & match

Part of the reason for creating the Knit Mix & Match was to design knitting patterns that are fully customisable - including being able to adapt even the yarn that you use!

There are so many yarns that you can use for these patterns, made from several different materials and suiting a wide range of budgets - everything from purse-friendly acrylic to luxe kid silk and mohair.

Here is a list of all of the tried and tested (so far) yarn brands that can be used with The Knit Mix & Match knitting patterns. This doesn’t mean that you can’t use a different brand from what is currently listed - as long as you can meet the gauge for the knitting pattern, then you can use any yarn that you would like!

I'll update this page regularly, so feel free to check back! In the meantime, if you’ve found a type of yarn that works with the pattern and hasn’t been listed here, then pop me an email and I’ll add it to the list.
